Zucchini in air fryer is a fantastic method for getting a light and crispy result with very little oil. The airfryer circulates hot air around the slices, creating an even texture and enhancing the natural sweetness. Zucchini in air fryer is also quicker and cleaner than roasting in the oven and ideal when you want something fast and healthy.
Step 1
Slice the zucchini:
Start by washing the zucchini thoroughly. Slice it into even rounds, around 1 cm thick. Keeping the size consistent helps them cook evenly.

Season the zucchini:
Place the slices in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add garlic powder or Italian herbs if you like extra flavour.

Cook in the airfryer:
Arrange the zucchini in a single layer in the airfryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.

Serve and enjoy:
Once the zucchini in air fryer is golden and slightly crisp, remove and serve straight away with a dip or as part of your meal.
